    IT Onsite Support - Analyst - External Consultant until December 2024

    Mission

    Be part of IT Onsite Support delivering first line support for all UBP users worldwide, including VIP and Trading room.

    Challenges

    Be able to give the same level of service for IT Onsite support in all the bank areas and buildings in Geneva, to different internal clients.

    Main responsibilities

    IT Onsite Support

    Work on installing and configuring computer hardware, software and other devices.

    Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, mobiles, printers and scanners.
    Diagnosing any hardware or software faults and solve the issues in a timely manner, either in person or over the phone.

    Manage all requests and incidents assigned to the team

    Manage Work Orders assigned to the team

    Provide support to VIP and Trading Room

    Provide onsite support for Video Conference in meeting rooms and Board Rooms

    Configure, install and support desktops, screens, desk phones and laptops

    Configure, install and support Corporate iPhone device

    Hardware management: terminate, dispose of and relocate assets in line with internal policies with our inventory tool (StockIT)

    Manage user's equipment moves (IT Equipment and LAN connectivity) and update CMDB accordingly

    Provide and retrieve temporary UBP loan equipment (laptop, printer, beamer, mobile phone)

    Local support of printers; monitoring and coordination of external support intervention

    Manage repair's activities in relation with external suppliers

    Track software's assets, ensure full compliance licensing

    Education

  • Education: Other
  • Certification: ITIL
  • Experience

  • Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate
  • Experience required: at least 5-years' experience in a similar roleAble to adapt and work in a fast-evolving technology environment and ability to learn quickly
  • Experience in private banking: Optional
