Role Criteria

_ Demand Gen Marketing_

Core Responsibilities
Part time hours/week), remote

  • Supports Demand Gen Associates with execution of integrated content & campaign plans that market to buyers and intents and delight the market driving acquisition, nurture and reengagement opportunities of key audiences to fuel revenue growth and client retention.
  • Supports creative execution across marketing channels; including effective creative briefs and direction of internal/external creative resources and stakeholders
  • Supports testing and measurement of campaigns to enable datadriven decisions to optimize spend and improve performance.
  • Assists in generating timely, accurate and indepth reporting on campaign and program performance
  • Supports lead scoring initiative
  • Support up automated nurture program to drive lead scoring success
  • Informs strategy for integrated Account Based Marketing content & campaigns that drive engagement from key accounts nominated by sales
  • Supports technical aspects of marketing portions of the DemandBase ABM platform (marketing dashboards, reports, target keyword lists, advertising, audiences, etc.)
  • Supports maintenance, execution and integrations pertaining to marketing automation for systems including Eloqua, SF marketing campaigns, DemandBase,
  • Support Sales and Marketing teams on ELQ usage

Technical, People, & Organizational Leadership Expectations

  • Supports as a strategic technical consultant with Sales to build campaign strategies and ABM approaches that drive qualified pipeline.
  • Supports digital marketing channels, marketing operations tools and processes, serving as a strategic consultant for digital marketing as an organizational competency and advisor on marketing automation best practices

Functional Skills & Knowledge

Business Acumen

  • Understand business model options
  • Ability to think strategically, recommend and scalable executable plans for B2B demand & lead generation based on client feedback, market insight, and business opportunity.
  • Utilize data and feedback from internal and external stakeholders to guide campaign strategy, creation and optimization including measuring campaign results and prioritizing content marketing initiatives.
  • Copyediting as requested, consistent with the market issues, client pain points, and brand voice and tone.

Product & Market Knowledge

  • Understand industry trends and functional innovation to improve marketing campaign performance, sales enablement, and lead generation.
  • Understand value story of company, and articulate to Sales and prospects in any marketing campaigns

Relationship Building with Internal and/or External Stakeholders

  • Work with internal stakeholders (B2B commercial team, B2B marketing, creative, client success, etc.), demonstrating skill in listening and in synthesizing their work efforts into an executable product marketing plan.
  • Build trust and maintain a strong working relationship with B2B sales team
