In dieser spannenden Drehscheibenfunktion sind Sie für die Verwaltung der Studienprogramme in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Schulleitung und für die Führung des Student Services mit zwei Mitarbeitenden und drei Lernenden verantwortlich. Dabei schätzen Sie den täglichen Kontakt mit internationalen Studierenden und pflegen einen angenehmen und dienstleistungsorientierten Umgang mit den verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen wie Lernende, Studierende, Mitarbeitende, Lehrpersonen und Dozierende und Behörden. Sie schaffen mit Ihrem Team optimale Rahmenbedingungen für die Ausbildung und unterstützen die Schulleitung in der Umsetzung von professionellen Prozessen.
Ihre Hauptaufgaben:
• Führung des Student Services Teams
• Unterstützung der Schulleitung (Prüfungswesen, Notenverwaltung und Zeugnisse, Diplomfeier, Absenzenwesen, Kontakte mit externen Stellen)
• Sicherstellung interner Abläufe mit Vernetzung zu den Abteilungen
• Verantwortung für die Ausbildung unserer KV-Lernenden
• Anwendung der Schulverwaltungssoftware / umfassendes Dokumentenmanagement (inkl. Studierendendossiers)
• Administration der Lehrmittel für alle Abteilungen
• Mitarbeit in interessanten Projekten der Schulentwicklung
Ihr Profil:
• Kaufmännische Grundausbildung EFZ oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Positionen von Vorteil im Bildungs- oder Weiterbildungssektor
• Herausragende Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
• Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
• Gewandtheit im Umgang mit IT-Anwendungen (sehr sicherer Umgang mit MS Office)
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
