• Created a global onboarding process for 12 different locations while personally managing 5 jurisdictions from acceptance of offer to completion of probation. I am also leading the alignment of all 21 locations to this process (as far as local labour law will allow).
• Monitoring the global HR inbox and handling a wide range of queries from start to finish, including; absence management issues, systems update, payroll queries and sensitive cases.
• Launched our company’s first ever wellbeing week in the capacity of a Mental Wellness Champion - highlighting critical elements of our Employee Assistance Programme, coordinating employee challenges surrounding the theme of wellness and coordinating input from key ExCo members for maximum engagement.
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all HR systems.
• Managing the employee lifecycle: professional qualification
booking and training budget management, benefits
administration, maternity / paternity, offboarding etc.
• Involvement in policy writing in order to address “hot topics” in
the workplace.
• Project work – sorting staff files, contract alignment, automated
new recruit emails, improving the communication between all central services by developing a fit for purpose internal system to alert all relevant staff of joiners, movers and leavers.
