As an individual driven by a passion for international business and technology, I have cultivated a diverse skill set through my academic and professional experiences. Currently, I am pursuing a B.Sc in International Management at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences, complemented by a study year abroad at Rikkyo University in Tokyo.

My professional journey includes roles such as Project Specialist at CKW AG, where I led various subprojects, optimized business processes, and developed innovative technology solutions like a customer service chatbot. Additionally, my experience as a Customer Service Representative honed my skills in customer needs analysis, efficient information processing, and energy consulting.

Fluent in German, French, and English, with a basic understanding of Japanese, I bring strong analytical thinking, project management capabilities, and technical expertise in tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and SAP. My active involvement as a board member of the Young Liberals in Obwalden underscores my commitment to leadership and community engagement.

I have gained substantial professional experience through various roles at CKW AG. As a Project Specialist from September 2022 to July 2023, I led subprojects, optimized business processes, developed a customer service chatbot, coordinated interdepartmental efforts, and provided strategic counsel on digital transformation.

Prior to that, I worked as a Customer Service Representative from August 2021 to August 2022, where I analyzed customer needs, efficiently processed inquiries, maintained high service quality, and advised customers on optimal energy solutions.

My journey at CKW AG began with a comprehensive commercial apprenticeship from August 2018 to July 2021, during which I specialized in HR, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Customer Engagement, and Sales.

I am currently pursuing a B.Sc. in International Management at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) in Winterthur, having started in September 2022. As part of this program, I am spending a study year abroad at Rikkyo University in Tokyo from August 2023 to July 2024, enriching my global perspective and intercultural competence.

Prior to my university studies, I completed a KV EFZ with Vocational Baccalaureate at KV Luzern Berufsschule in Luzern from August 2018 to July 2021. This program provided me with a strong foundation in business, focusing on areas such as HR, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Customer Engagement, and Sales.

My secondary education was completed at IOS Alpnach Dorf in Alpnach Dorf, where I studied from August 2015 to July 2018, preparing me well for my subsequent academic and professional pursuits.
