• Designed and conducted 2 behavioral experiments with Qualtrics, analyzed the data with Stata, and wrote a scientific paper with 3 coauthors.
• Planned, coordinated, and graded the online exams for the course BWL I with more than 1,000 first-year students, leading a group of 10 assistants.
• Taught entrepreneurship to online and on-site classes of 100-200 first-year students. [ student evaluations: ∅5.2 of 6.0 ]
• Advised a total of 23 bachelor’s and master’s theses featuring experiments and surveys on CSR, sustainability, and consumer behavior.
• Obtained funding of CHF 20,000 from the Foundation for Research in Science and the Humanities at UZH for additional data collection.

• Orchestrated a complex on-site experiment with 293 participants, including group discussions with Big Four tax consultants and NGO representatives.
• Handled and analyzed complex data sets using Stata. 
• Wrote a cumulative dissertation consisting of 3 scientific papers. [ received the Annual Dissertation Award of UZH in 2020 ] 
• Taught and assisted a bachelor’s course on globalization and corporate social responsibility with 80-90 students. [ student evaluations: ∅5.5 of 6.0 ] 
• Managed the submission and review process for a conference on organization research with 100 participants in 2015 and 2016.
• Presented regularly at international conferences, workshops, and seminars with audiences of 5-20 people. [ reached the finalists for the Best Student Paper Award at the Academy of Management’s annual meeting in 2018 and published in the Best Paper Proceedings as part of the top 10% of submissions ]
