A language enthusiast with a Bachelor's degree in English languages and literature from the University of Duhok, where I enhanced my skills in analyzing complex texts and communicating effectively in various settings. My bachelor's certificate has been recognized by SWISS ENIC as a Swiss equivalentAs a participant in the Erasmus program, I studied at the Institute of Applied Linguistics at the University of Warsaw, further expanding my knowledge and passion for languages. 

With experience as an assistant to a sales manager in real estate and as a volunteer coordinator for a humanitarian organization, I have developed valuable skills in administration, client relations, marketing support, community outreach, and project management. 

As a fluent speaker of Kurdish, Arabic, and English, and with a basic knowledge of French, I am a multilingual communicator who values diversity and cross-cultural understanding.

rom June 2021 to April 2022, I held the position of Assistant Sales Manager at a real estate company based in Erbil, the capital of Kurdistan, Iraq. In this role, I was entrusted with a variety of administrative responsibilities, including data management to create sales reports. Additionally, I played a key role in maintaining positive client relations by effectively handling customer inquiries and complaints. Moreover, I provided valuable support to the marketing team. Throughout my tenure, I demonstrated a strong commitment to maintaining the company's high standards and contributing to its overall success.
