I have fourteen years of work experience, including four years as an IB educator with extensive experience as -

• MYP Language Acquisition/ DP Language B teacher (Hindi / English)

I hold two Master's degrees, in English Literature and Education (specialisation in Teacher Leadership). Additionally, I have CELTA certification. I have successfully guided the implementation of effective teaching strategies that promote students' academic success and personal growth. As an MYP coordinator, I have designed and implemented educational and well-being programs aligned with the IB curriculum and catering to diverse learners' needs. As an Exam team member, I have guided students and colleagues through MYP eAssessment and managed IB MYP & DP exams. As a Personal Project Coordinator, I have effectively guided students in their journey of creativity and self-expression by encouraging them to pursue their passions.
