I am an IT professional at the beginning of my career with over four years of hands-on experience in system support, network operations, and IT infrastructure. I completed a four-year Swiss IT apprenticeship (IT Specialist EFZ – System Technology) in 2024, gaining strong practical skills in network administration, troubleshooting, security, and documentation.

Following my apprenticeship at Glencore, I worked as a Junior ICT Engineer at BlueNetwork Systems AG, where I supported customers with hardware and software issue analysis, network administration, IT process documentation, and stakeholder support. I am known for my analytical thinking, solution-oriented approach, and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.

I communicate fluently in English, Russian and German and work confidently in structured IT environments, contributing to system reliability, security, and continuous improvement.

I have worked in operational IT environments where reliability, structure, and clear communication were essential. My experience includes handling incidents, supporting users and customers, maintaining networked systems, and working with standardized IT processes. I have been involved in maintaining secure and well-documented environments, supporting ongoing improvements, and assisting with the stable operation of infrastructure in both internal and customer-facing contexts.

My education was completed through the Swiss dual vocational system, combining formal training with continuous on-the-job learning. I was trained in real production environments, gaining practical exposure to enterprise IT systems, networks, and operational procedures. This education emphasized applied knowledge, responsibility, and working according to professional and regulatory standards rather than purely theoretical study.
