Namaste!

I am Monali, a Registered International Yoga Teacher (200 RYT and 300 RYT) with Yoga Alliance, Prenatal and Post-natal yoga certification which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS). 

We are known by Namoyoga in Basel Switzerland for 3 years now. We are a team of professional, dynamic yogi and yogini’s. 

Born in the Hills of  India, always had a close connection and love towards nature, I am a Masters in Business Administration. After working in a Bank for 10 years I have moved to Switzerland to work in reputed international bank where I have started dealing with the stress, anxiety and challenges (personal & professional ) that my past years brought . But, that led to a mere practice of Yog🧘‍♂️ for a healthy body and relaxed mind, soon became a lifestyle and there was no looking back.

Despite not having a sports background or any achievements or medals in sports during my school days ,now I have tremendous dedication towards true teachings of yoga; humility, simplicity and a generous heart. 

Through my charismatic personal manner, I try to inspire students to look at yoga beyond asana practice, and lead them on a spiritual journey towards physical and emotional stability and empower to see yoga not just as physical exercise, but as a way of life.

I am an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys cycling, marathon running, skiing, hiking and various other outdoor activities. 

I believe in bringing the roots of yoga alive for modern practitioners in creative, fun-full, dynamic and life-transforming ways and offering the synthesis form of Yoga out in the world.

I have conducted numerous Yoga workshops, yoga training sessions for groups and individuals through online and offline mode.

I am looking for more interaction with people through asana and Yoga practice.
