Dinning restaurants, Chalets, Gastropubs & Caterings that help me gain experience about
international food, different methods of cooking and deep understanding of kitchen operations.
As a culinary Supervisor on previous jobs, i feel confident to guide and supervise the staff, as
well, prepare, cook, display food and keep the hygiene according to the company`s standards.
Most prominently, I have a working knowledge of legal requirements regarding health and safety,
proper fire procedures and HACCP.

Working last winter in Les Gets at an indian restaurant Baaji which was part of Chamois d`or Hotel and spa, which helped me gain experience in indian cuisine
