Michael Saunders

I recently relocated to Cham in Switzerland. I arrived from Australia and have full working rights in Switzerland. Over the last 2 years I have completed a Masters of Financial Technology to academically support my years of hands on finance experience in Australia and the UK. I am passionate about refining processes and optimising workflows to benefit all stakeholders including customers, employees and economically for the business. I always put the customer first and ensure that I carry their voice into decision making. 

I have worked in retail banking with ANZ in Australia and MetroBank UK in London. I returned to Australia in 2013 and was employed again with ANZ where I moved into more operational roles including Contact Centre Manager and Product Manager (savings). After leaving ANZ, I began working for a commercial finance startup as Head of Customer Care.
