Mart Wolters

Born in the Netherlands but grew up in Switzerland. Spent 14 years in Switzerland before studying my undergraduate degree abroad at the University of Aberdeen. In Switzerland joined the local ice hockey team, and that's where I spent most my time and effort playing at a national level. During my undergraduate studies, I was fortunate enough to be able to participate in two exchanges, spending one semester in Australia and one in Finland. I recently graduated from Copenhagen Business School with an MSc in Economics and Business Administration. I achieved top marks for my master's thesis and graduated with a grade point average of 10.3 out of 12. Excluding education and ice hockey, other hobbies include skiing, scuba-diving, sky- diving, tennis, sports in general, and spending time with friends and family. I also enjoy actively managing my stock portfolio.

• Internship in the Vitamin E manufacturing plant in Sisseln (CH). Identified bottlenecks by conducting a deep dive analysis of all alarms and operator interventions from the process control system
