Magdalena Zbinden

Being recently qualified in Environmental and Sustainability Management, my vision and passion are committed to integrating those aspects in business operations and thus, having a positive impact. I want to make it the foundation for my job and any of my efforts while continuing to learn and gain new qualifications. I work hard, am of a growth-mindset, and am engaged person who delivers valuable and meaningful work via complex cross-functional projects or smaller initiatives. I am curious, creative, like to simplify and experiment at work and on top of that, I enjoy mentoring people and empowering them to grow. 

Just after graduating from my master degree in finance, I began to work as project coordinator. After that, I grasped a bit of financial industry but then moved into the multinational company to set my efforts at quality management and process excellence. While there, my contributions supported the delivery of many enhancements, some of which on the enterprise level. I led teams to increase process efficiency and to provide solutions through analysis and insights. My team members described me as curious, brave, engaged and fun to work with.
 

For the last few years, I have been working toward the goal of having career in environmental and sustainability management. As a result, I hold several certificates and still gaining new qualifications by studying Sustainability Management in a form of Certified Advanced Studies. My vision is to remain on this path, commit to further growth in these areas and to draw upon it at work.
