For the past year, I have provided data analysis, insights and visualizations to senior management in KeyTech Solutions using SQL, Tableau and Excel, as well as conducting experiments with Python and Java for optimization and improvement. Additionally, I have automated data collection and analysis processes with Bash scripting, and have provided recommendations based on my data analysis to improve business processes and drive growth while managing concurrent projects and deadlines.

Previously as a Help Desk Support Specialist in ITC Staffing, I provided technical assistance to employees across departments with hardware, software and network connectivity issues, and installed and configured software applications, printers and hardware. I also attended training sessions to enhance JavaScript and Bash skills to increase productivity, executed regular backups of crucial data and devised disaster recovery plans, and monitored system performance, executing upgrades when necessary.

In addition to my professional experience, I have completed a number of personal projects. I developed a CAPTCHA solver using Python, OpenCV, sklearn, and keras.

I have also been involved in extracurricular activities, such as the Interschool Programming Club. In this role, I collaborated with other students on programming challenges, lead project teams, and tracked performance using project management and data collection tools.

I am currently a student at Universitas Mercatorum, where I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. I have a strong academic record, with a GPA of 4.0. I have a wide range of technical skills, including proficiency in Windows OS, GNU/Linux, SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Office Suite, Technical troubleshooting, Data analysis, Data visualization, Excel, Salesforce, Git, PowerShell, Jira, Active Directory. I am also proficient in a variety of programming languages, including C#, Python, Java, JavaScript, Bash.
