I'm part of the Hennes & Mauritz SA team since September 2015. As a Sales Advisor, I am responsible for the warm welcome of customers, the reception of customer’s orders, handle phone calls etc. I am also led to carry out the work at the checkout, the reception of returns and defective products, restocking, refill cafeteria areas etc.

Passionate about programming, I started studying computer science online and more particularly in the programming language C# and .Net. I took many courses including: MS SQL, Entity Framework Core, HTML5 & CSS3 etc. I have a Master's degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Geneva, Switzerland.
