I have started my career in Learning&Development in 2006, I really love my job. I have a proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs that improve employee productivity and satisfaction. I have a keen eye for detail and a knack for taking complex concepts and making them easy to understand for all types of learners. I am also an effective communicator and have the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.

I hold a Bachelor Degree in Art Education, and I also have CELTA certification which means I am eligible for delivering training programs for adults.   Other training certifications include; Coaching Programme, Handling Large Workshops, Handling Mixed ability Classes, Academic Writing Programme, and Essential Teaching Knowledge.
