VOC - Video Operations Center:
• RX and TX for several different signal sources, such as Satellite, MPLS, Fiber Optics and SDH (currently
discontinued);
• Track and resolve requests in CRM ONE (Oracle);
• DB Management and Report Maintenance of internal SQL DataBases;
• Troubleshooting and monitoring all channels we provide for different platforms (IPTV, RFO, DTT, Satelite),
• internal and foreign customers (MEO, NOS, VODAFONE, HOT etc);
• Configure and Monitor VIDEO REFEREE systems;
• Provide technical support to field engineers;

Installation and maintenance of;
• IPTV services (GPON and ADSL);
• RF television services;
• Internet services (GPON and ADSL);
• Wi-Fi services;
• Analogue and VOIP telephone services;
• ISDN telephone services;

Support internal Business users to register, track and resolve requests in CRM ONE. (B2B and B2C);
• Development and maintenance of Operational procedures and work instructions for SharePoint;
• Organize Technical Workshops to deliver training to internal and external technical teams;
• Quality control review and update of Work instructions and Operational procedures for SharePoint.
• User Acceptance Testing of new software tools and working procedures;
• Analysis of customer enrollment and customer retainment;
• Technical team weekly schedule planning;
