• Ability to meet the needs of various customers demonstrated through multidisciplinary tasks, such as working the bar, floor and kitchen simultaneously on numerous occasions. In order to maintain rigorous customer satisfaction, it was necessary to adapt to each customer's needs. This included making sure to be wary of allergies and taking care of the general well-being of the customers. 
• It was a requirement to work as a team in this relatively large working space. An example of this was during the Chelsea football matches, in which we were the closest and cheapest neighbour. It was mandatory to work effectively as a team, before the match began or at half time, in order to maintain control over a large group of people and make sure to satisfy every customer's needs.
• I was an asset and quite unique to the team due to being fluent in upwards of three languages. This allowed me to communicate with customers of international origin including those from Russian, Spanish, Italian and French-speaking countries.

White Kitchen

• Excellent customer service skills demonstrated through direct communications.
• Managed external communications such as with vendors and government health officials by collecting food supplies from vendors, including signing official documents regulating inventory. Furthermore, during which I was in charge of the shift, I was also required to conduct tours of the facility for government health officials, making sure to relay any messages to the management team. As a trusted employee, I was permitted to look after the key for the restaurant, meaning I would close up and open the establishment frequently. 
• Ability to be on my feet for hours, in order to maintain the inventory and other parts of the store. 

Metro Bank

• Customer satisfaction diligence exampled through quality service for customers and card holders. This was done by using telecommunications to troubleshoot or answer queries concerning the accounts balance, transactions, standing orders, direct debit payments and creating/moderating beneficiaries. It was necessary to stay in close contact with team leaders and higher-level specialists, in the case that the customers' requests were more complex and did not fall into the scope of the role.
• Attention to detail, active listening and interpersonal skills exhibited through calls (inbound and outbound) with customers throughout the day. Maintaining a high level of communication during the call was vital to the customer experience, in order to make sure every detail of the customers' needs was taken into account and met with solutions. 
• Account keeping and customer relationship management executed through the use and updating of 4tress and other software.
