Filippo Svelto

I am a 23 years old guy from Italy. I am at the second year of a Master program at ETH in Electrical Engineering and IT. Super interested in digital IC design, computer architecture, systems on chip for data analysis and machine learning as well as computer vision and autonomous driving. As I said, I got interested in digital and analog IC design, which have been also the main focus during my Bachelor at the University of Pavia. I am actually working on some projects, among which Towards a Technology-independent and Synthesizable AXI4 Performance Monitoring and Throttling Unit. I would love to have an experience in the US, to work there and to stay there longer than just the Internship period of time. 

I didn't have a working experience outside from the University yet. 

Bachelor in Electronics and Computer engineering at the University of Pavia (110/110 cum LAUDE) from 2018 to 2021. Currently at ETH Zurich, department of Electrical Engineering and IT.  Main projects: Towards a Technology-independent and Synthesizable AXI4 Performance Monitoring and Throttling Unit, Machine learning on Microcontrollers (Efficient keyword spotting using dilated convolutions and gating), Static and signal characterization of MOSFET transistors in a 110 nm technology for depleted CMOS sensors, Understanding Multimodal Driving Data, Multi-Task Learning for Semantics and Depth,  3D object detection from LiDAR point clouds, Pad speed testing of a chip in GF22 technology.
