I am a recent graduate with a Masters in Molecular and Cellular Biology, specialized in cancer research with a deep interest for sustainable and nutritious plant-based products. I have acquired a wide range of laboratory techniques and capabilities, including expertise in recombinant DNA technology, protein quantification, molecular biology assays, and more. With a strong foundation in biology and a passion for scientific advancements, I am adept at quickly learning and applying new skills to drive innovative research. During my bachelor and master studies I learned a multitude of techniques such as following: 

• SDS-Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE): Proficient in running SDS-PAGE gels for protein separation.
• Western Blot Analysis: Experienced in performing Western blot analysis for protein detection.
• Coomassie Brilliant Blue staining: Skilled in staining proteins using Coomassie Brilliant Blue.
• Pull-down assays: Proficient in performing pull-down assays, including GFP-Trap, FLAG-Immunoprecipitation, and Ni-NTA Pulldown.
• SiRNA transfection: Experienced in transfecting cells with small interfering RNA (siRNA).
• Immunofluorescence Imaging: Skilled in performing immunofluorescence imaging techniques, including metaphase spreads.
• ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay): Proficient in performing ELISA techniques for the detection and quantification of specific proteins or antibodies in samples.
• Lentiviral Cell Culture: Experienced in working with lentiviral vectors and conducting lentiviral cell culture.
• Biosafety Training: Successfully completed a biosafety course covering BLS (Biohazard Level) 2 and BLS 3 laboratory protocols.
