I am strongly determined and at the same time very calm. Moreover, thanks to my international work experience Iam able to perform at my best also in multicultural teams. In particular, I am able to establish and maitain good relations with colleagues and superiors. Other features that characterize me are reliability, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure.

I am a Transport professional with international work experience accross Switzerland, Italy and Australia working in both back and front office positions also thanks to which I developed cross-functional skills such as commercial awareness, problem solving and also an analytical mindset.

I perform at my best in the fields of transport planning and revenue analysis, cost optimization to make the supply chain more efficient, exploiting my cross-functional skills with the integration of IT, blockchain and internal procedures. In the current business environment optimization plays a fundamental role in reducing costs and therefore increasing profit margin, and blockchain is great way to achieve this. 

Thanks to my international work experience I gained the skills consider the requirements of several departments and merge them with the aim of finding the best solutions and, I am also able to set priorities, which is very helpful in decision-making.

The Executive MBA I attended at Università della Svizzera is a program that broadened my mind and enabled me to think outside the box.

In addition it provided me with a new way to analyse the market dynamics, understanding how to optimize the operations of my company with the aim of making the business more profitable.

Another fundamental factor was the presence of colleagues that carried out senior management roles. In fact, the discussions with him always led to improvements in knowledge and vision.
