Cristiana Custura

I am Cristiana and I am a recently graduated from University of East London.  As you will probably notice, I am a very international person. I was born in Romania, I studied in the Netherlands and in the United Kingdom but I fell in love with the uniqueness of Switzerland as I did with the Project Management a not very long time ago.

I was inspired by my Project Management teacher. Her passion for this field provided me with extraordinary insights so I immediately knew Project Management is something I want to further explore, which I did a couple of months ago in a very intense Project Management internship with Cisco. I shortly became passionate about Project Management as well, so I am now  looking for further opportunities where I can apply the knowledge I have gained during the past year.  

My friends ( which I  wholeheartedly  trust), describe me as a loyal, passionate and emphatic person. I  describe myself as a person who can work under pressure, a team player and a very ambitious individual. This is why I pledged to myself that until next year I will be able to speak German. Because I know everything is I imagine is real!

As mentioned before, I have done a Project Management Internship with Cisco Systems where I was assigned  to lead a regional project to develop a visual portfolio-and project tracking aid for leaders-and individual contributors pertaining to activities and status of the various projects within the region. However, at the end of my internship, my initiative turned into a global effort build and deploy this tool across the entire global organization of nearly 100 individuals.

I recently finished by BSc Business Management degree at University of East London where I am expected to graduate with first class. At UEL I have gained knowledge about Project Management, Finance and Economics, Marketing, Data Analysis and Statistics. 

During my short staying in the Netherlands where I have studied International Tourism Management I studied Consumer Behaviour, Digital Marketing and Human Resources.
