In my most recent professional experience, I was responsible for managing two hotel properties, overseeing the organization of seminars, banquets, and other events. I also supervised the operations of four on-site restaurants, ensuring high standards of service quality and the optimization of processes.


 

Ausbildung

I graduated from a hospitality school, completing a course of study focused on hotel and restaurant management. I then pursued further specialization by obtaining two Master’s degrees: one in Dietetics, centered on balanced nutrition and healthy eating, and another in Eubiotics, with a focus on promoting physical and mental well-being through a healthy lifestyle.
