Constantin Vilsmeier

I’m a 3D Artist focusing on modeling and texturing with an emphasis on characters and environments for high quality Visual Effects Productions. I have been working at Luma Pictures as an Asset Artist over the last four years contributing my skills on big feature productions such as Eternals (2021), Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022) and Shang-Chi and the Legend of the ten Rings (2021) to name a few. In this role I learned how to efficiently work in a production environment, grow to a valued team member by my colleagues and delivering high detailed characters and props in a timely manner with the greatest satisfaction of my supervisors such as Mathieu Aerni. Additionally, I've been working as a Freelance 3D Generalist for renowned Creative Agencies such as Services Généraux in Paris or Builders Club in New York. This collaboration not only provided me with insight into the dynamic world of advertising but also allowed me to successfully apply my sought-after skills as a 3D Artist for prestigious brands like Adidas and Prada.

My skills vary from complex organic sculpting in ZBrush and high detailed texturing in Mari and Substance Painter to hard surface modelling in Maya. My degree in Digital Production from Gnomon School of VFX conveyed me to always adapt to new technologies, to have more of a 3D Generalist approach to projects and always deliver with the highest attention to detail. I am always eager to learn more, have a great artistic eye and try to help out with my skills wherever needed.
