I am an international HR professional with an MSc in Human Resource Management with in-depth knowledge in the IT and Pharmaceutical industries. I am passionate about recruitment, sourcing, talent acquisition, DE&I, L&D and HR administration. CIPD Level 7 Associate with excellent communication, cultural awareness, relationship building and stakeholder management skills.

In my role as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Flexsis AG, I have successfully managed the recruitment process for our largest client, focusing on the Swiss market. This experience has honed my ability to develop tailored recruiting strategies, drive talent development initiatives, and manage HR processes in a manner that aligns with organizational goals. My dedication to building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates has been instrumental in delivering top-tier talent and fostering a supportive work environment.
Prior to my current role, I gained valuable experience as a Technical Sourcer at Google (via Adecco), where I specialized in identifying and engaging passive talent through innovative sourcing techniques. As a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist at Genioo, I consistently exceeded hiring goals across multiple regions, including Switzerland, Germany, the UK, and the US.
