I have over twenty years of experience in international Supply Chain & Export Operations, with strong expertise in multimodal transport, export compliance and logistics partner management in highly regulated industries. For more than ten years at Sun Chemical, I’ve been leading international distribution and developing a global view of EMEA flows, optimizing transport networks and strengthening logistics partner performance. Trilingual (French, English, Spanish) and recognized for operational rigor, cross‑functional leadership, and the ability to stabilize complex international flows.
Erfahrung
I have over 20 years of experience in international trade, export operations, global logistics, customer service leadership, and international sales management. I started my career in export operations, where I built strong expertise in multimodal transport, customs procedures, Incoterms, and dangerous goods compliance across EMEA, the Americas, and Asia.
I then moved into Export Sales Manager roles, developing markets across more than 40 countries in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical sectors. I managed distributors, led tenders, coordinated cross‑functional teams, and supported highly regulated and cold‑chain shipments.
Since 2013, I have been Head of Customer & Sales Service for a global specialty chemicals company, leading a multicultural team and overseeing the full order‑to‑cash cycle, global export operations, import flows, transport compliance, and customer service performance. I manage freight forwarders, negotiate transport conditions, optimise processes, and drive continuous improvement. I also played a key role in SAP implementation and achieved significant logistics cost savings.
Fluent in French, English, and Spanish, I bring deep experience in regulated industries including chemicals, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and hazardous goods, with a strong track record in leadership, operational excellence, and international coordination.

My academic background includes a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from Humberside University (UK) and a DUT in Sales & Marketing with a specialization in International Trade (France). I also completed a European Affairs Certificate and a Sales Management Certificate in Madrid, which strengthened my understanding of international markets and commercial strategy.
