My journey has allowed me to hone my skills in guest services, front office management, housekeeping operations, revenue management, and other essential aspects of room division.

As an instructor, I am committed to fostering an engaging and dynamic learning environment that nurtures students' growth and empowers them with practical skills and theoretical knowledge. I believe in a hands-on approach that integrates real-world scenarios and encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication among students. After a decade working on the field, and mostly at the front office, I had the chance to discover my true calling, that is professional training. 

I possess a strong track record of mentoring and supporting students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels, recognizing that each individual has unique learning needs. I am confident in my ability to motivate and inspire students, guiding them toward achieving academic and professional success in the hospitality industry.

In my current role, I am also responsible for shaping the program itself - practical and theoretical, as the project is only 3 years old and everything had to be done from scratch. 

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Tourism management from Vatel School in Nîmes. 

More recently I have completed, two certifications in training from Ferrandi school in Paris: “Fundamentals of pedagogy” and “Trainers training”.
