SRF is a Swiss media company. The goal of SRF is to maximize the value for their users. For this goal they build up a new team, the User Data Platform Team. I had the chance to fulfill the role as a PO until they were able to find an internal solution. The challenge was, that the Scrum Master and most of the developers were juniors. My tasks in this time were:
