My work experience gave me the opportunity to have an overall view of a product lifecycle, from R&D design to projects of serial production. I want now to use these skills and experience on larger-scale projects management and management positions.

New Modules Introduction Manager
● Ensures the product launching with a “time-to-market” compatible with the market.
● Handles new product introduction from prototypes, through industrialization to full volume release.
● Daily work with the Production in Asia
● Responsible for a cost- and quality- optimized manufacturing process with internal and external 
suppliers.
● Responsible for the process technology bricks (Scooting for new technologies, characterization of the 
existing bricks).
● Advise and take part to the strategy of the new product lines by being responsible for the benchmarking 
of our different competitors (product tear-down, company profiles, key differentiators,…).

Prototype and Mechanical Workshop Manager 
Responsible for 6 peoples.
● Coordination of the manufacturing and assembly of the new product developments from the 
components procurement to final customer delivery.
● Establish a consistent planning to deliver customer prototypes on time regarding risks and company 
project priorities

● Empowerment of the prototype assembly team to make them more independent.
● Establishment and presentation of yearly budget and figures to the top management.
● Participate to the merge of two departments with communication to the resources involved.

workshop unit).

MT Project Leader
Project management for company cross-departmental projects
● Implementation of a new mechanical workshop unit with higher technology (5 axis milling machine). 
• Cross-departmental project management (Facilities for building modifications, Supply Chain, 
Industrialization, Quality,…) from project definition to the ramp-up of the new unit.
• Closure of an existing production site (mechanical parts production). Establishment of a plan 
with HR for the impacted employees.
• Work with the Supply Chain to outsource the exiting production volume and planning of a 
smooth transition during the ramp-down of the production site to close.
● Order to lead time through DMAIC and VSM approach (definition phase only).

Project management - Process development, improvement and automation
Project manager for a cost reduction project to launch a new product family.
Target of my project: -46% of labor time reduction.
● Presentation to the Board of Directors of the budget, planning and risks of the project. I proposed 
improvements based on product design modification, automation and lean manufacturing.
● This project was ranked as high priority for the company (pilot project) this is why I reported on a
bi-weekly basis to my N+3 (COO). Participation to steering committees.
● Coordination of a project team of 6 people. Progress follow-up with visual management.
● VSM analysis of the current production line. Wastes identification, new production philosophy based on
one-piece-flow and cell manufacturing.
● Theoretical analysis of production flow, line balancing, workshops with production people to define the
need and validate the equipment prototypes.
● New processes qualifications.
● Machines and equipments technical specifications elaboration, machines design review, suppliers
follow-up, commissioning, implementation and integration.
● Target achieved: Current labor time reduction of -43% (ramp-up phase).

Industrialization Engineer
Projects of industrialization from prototype to serial production, according to time and costs.
● Qualification plans, PFMEA, design improvements.
● Elaboration of production work instructions and control plans.
● Defining and designing of production tools with a 3D software (Creo).
● Routings definition and process time calculation.
Continuous improvement: Responsible for 5S program on 4 production lines
● Creation of 5S committee.
● Deployment of 5S method from scratch.
● Elaboration of training program and documentation. Training of production people.
● Follow-up of 5S activities (about 1 year).
Production support
● Problems root cause analysis in team (5 why, Ishikawa, 8D, brainstorming,..).
● KPI speed and quality follow-up.
● Responsible for serial products design modifications
