- Support the development and implementation of robust and strategic business processes related to overseeing strategic growth investments in Visp
- Contribute to monthly project reviews and reporting from a business process standpoint
- Assist in resource planning and management for a globally operating organization
- Drive continuous improvement of business practices and value enhancement through tracking and enhancing key performance indicators
- Act as the voice of Delivery Visp in cross-functional teams and represent the Global Engineering Delivery Visp in relevant meetings
- Coordinate internal and external workshops, aid team members in creating agendas, meeting minutes, and action items
- Participate in and support the coordination of project-related documents, reports, and presentations
- Manage and follow up with external contractors for engineering tasks and deliverables
- Engage in adhoc discussions and strategic deep dives into specific topics
- Holder of Dipl. Ing. / M. Sc. / B. Sc. or equivalent degree
- Prior experience in project management and/or in the bio, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing sectors is advantageous
- Proficiency in English - German language skills are a bonus
- Sound knowledge of MS Office tools (Powerpoint and Excel)
- Strong presentation abilities and a collaborative team player
