THE ROLE

As a Sustainability Strategist you will:

Work on client projects and simultaneously manage multiple projects involving one or more standard offerings
Develop productive working relationships with client contacts in the Fashion & Sporting Goods field. You're particularly interested in the Watch & Jewelry sector.
With the guidance of a more senior strategist, contribute to the expansion of Quantis' leading edge on business sustainability transformation nurturing the pipeline in order to achieve sales target in the Fashion, sporting Goods, Watch & Jewlelry Sector.

You will be successful in your role if you:

Have a solid understanding of traditional project management methodologies and rreliably deliver time / cost / budget
Can explain Quantis offer to clients in project context and are able to anticipate your client needs by building a strong network at the client thanks to your strong relationship skills
With the guidance of a more senior strategist, can leverage Quantis expertise and ecosystem to deliver the needed client transformation towards operating within planetary boundaries and cocreate transformative client vision of sustainable business

DOES THIS DESCRIBE YOU AND YOUR NEXT ROLE?

You're motivated to put your consulting, project management, strategy & client relationship development skills to work towards our mission of aligning businesses with Planetary Boundaries.
You're an experienced and motivated sustainability professional looking for a big opportunity to work with top sustainability leaders and experts. Previous experience in a consulting firm or corporate sustainability within a company will be considered as a big plus.
You have experience or a strong interest in the Fashion, Sporting Goods, Watch & Jewelry industry.
You have strong project management skills, and can organise workload, project streams and priorities to deliver in a timely manner.
For 5+ years, you've been working in the strategy consulting or corporate sustainability space.
You have a good understanding of sustainability topics such as sustainable procurement/supply chain transformation, nature/biodiversity, environmentalrelated risk, transformation of scope 1 and
You have the capacity to listen to client needs to create and communicate creative and adapted solutions.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
