What you will be doing

Support the monthly billing process consisting of the generation and distribution of fee for services invoices, including backup details, for our manufacturer customers.

Work in close collaboration with AmerisourceBergen corporate (shared services) and local teams to solve and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Process incoming (customer) payments as well as continuously monitor accounts receivable, including taking dunning and collection measures if deemed necessary.
Review, and process accounts payable invoices, ensure timely payments and collaborate with vendors to address issues (if any).
Update purchase order tracker keeping the vendor list uptodate, bank details and backup information.
Ensure new (or changes to existing) vendors are set up and communicated to AmerisourceBergen Shared Services (US) in a timely manner with the required documentation.
Collaborate with the Senior Accountant and global accounting teams on monthly financial close activities, such as preparing bank account reconciliations, intercompany records and general ledger journal entries.
Provide support to the accounting department on various accounting and audit related tasks.
Assist with company initiatives and projects in terms of financial analyses as required.
Perform related duties as assigned.
