Your role has a broad impact in the organization and you will be part of the HR Leadership Team.


Your focus:


  • We have created a set of global Leadership competencies that should move us in the right direction. Your role will be to continue develop and implement these, inspire, communicate, and ensure alignment with our leadership vision.
  • Learning should be part of our culture and you will help to develop concepts, tools, and programs to support the journey towards the vision.   • A corporate perspective and crossfunctional approach. Your role will be to get broad buyin and create impact with top and middle management, both within and outside HR. And, to be a resource and thought leader for leadership matters to all levels of leaders at Sobi.
  • Take the outset in our employer brand, our Promise. Your role will be to work closely with communications to strengthen our employer brand internally and externally.
  • You will also shape this new role within Sobi and work through the organization.

Who you are:


  • You have a passion for and knowledge within leadership, learning and development and want to create a company where learning is an organic part of the daily work and part of our DNA.
  • You are a collaborating networker who takes the lead in driving change.
  • You have experience from leading L&D and leadership development initiatives.
  • You are a strong facilitator, have solid project management skills and are comfortable working with different forms of communication (IRL and digital)
  • You have university degree, Bachelor or higher.
  • Experience from the industry is a plus.

  • Sobi is wellknown for its great leaders and the Leadership competences are recognized and lived by leaders in the organization.
  • Increased score in our engagement survey regarding how people is enabled to grow relevant knowledge within Sobi in order to reach business success.

Location
The position will be based in Europe.


Reporting to
SVP Head of Human Resources
