You will also shape this new role within Sobi and work through the organization.

Who you are:

You have a passion for and knowledge within leadership, learning and development and want to create a company where learning is an organic part of the daily work and part of our DNA.
You are a collaborating networker who takes the lead in driving change.
You have experience from leading L&D and leadership development initiatives.
You are a strong facilitator, have solid project management skills and are comfortable working with different forms of communication (IRL and digital)
You have university degree, Bachelor or higher.
Experience from the industry is a plus.

Location
The position will be based in Europe.

SVP Head of Human Resources
