Your mission:

As a
Product Owner (M/F/d), you're responsible for managing and driving the product vision, strategy and roadmap for our e-commerce platform.

Overview:

Your tasks:

Define Product Vision and Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain a product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs.

Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, focusing on high-impact tasks.

Collaboration: Foster collaboration with developers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders.

Requirement Analysis: Analyze and document requirements, ensuring alignment with business and technical needs.

Customer Focus: Understand customer needs and gather feedback for continuous data-driven improvement.

Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project progress and KPIs, reporting to senior management.

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience in Product Ownership/Management: Proven success in a technical environment, with an emphasis on working with KPIs and making data-driven decisions.

Strong Technical Understanding: A robust understanding of software development practices or a background as a software developer.

E-commerce Experience: Background in e-commerce is a plus.

Agile Experience: Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies and tools.

Language Skills: German & English

Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex technical concepts.

Problem Solving: Strong strategic thinking and tactical problem-solving skills.
