About the job


The Head of Indirect Procurement is responsible for overseeing the procurement of indirect goods and services such as Marketing, IT and Digital.

The purpose of this role is to optimize the procurement process, improve cost savings, and ensure that the organization receives quality goods and services at competitive prices.


Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance in alignment with the new business strategy and derived goals and objectives.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality goods and services.
  • Overseeing the development and execution of contracts with suppliers, including negotiating prices and terms and conditions.
  • Developing and managing the procurement budget to ensure cost savings targets are met.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to a cross-functional indirect procurement team, ensuring they are meeting performance targets and delivering on their objectives.
  • Monitoring market trends and technological advancements to identify new procurement opportunities and improve the procurement process.
About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • University degree, preferably MBA
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in being an inspiring leader for a team in Indirect Categories
  • Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
  • Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
