Self Service Senior Developer ToR:
Skills:
MS Power Platform - Power Apps and Power Automate
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform:
- Power Apps: Experience in building both canvas and model-driven apps, as well as familiarity with the Common Data Service (CDS) and custom connectors.
- Power Automate: Expertise in creating and managing flows, integrating with external systems, and working with different connectors.
- Power Virtual Agents: Knowledge of creating and managing chatbots (if required).
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Services expertise:
- In-depth understanding of Field Services module, including work orders, scheduling and inspections.
- Experience in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 Field Services to meet specific requirements.
- Proficiency with Power Apps Portals:
- Experience in designing, building, and configuring Power Apps Portals to provide a self-service user interface for refugees.
- Familiarity with Liquid templates, custom JavaScript, and CSS to tailor the look and feel of the portal.
- Microsoft Customer Voice expertise:
- Experience in creating and managing surveys using Customer Voice.
- Data integration skills:
- Knowledge of data integration techniques between different Power Platform environments.
- Development skills:
- Proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or C# for custom development or extensions.
- Familiarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
- Good understanding of the security and compliance aspects of the Power Platform and Dynamics 36
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide updates on progress.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience working in an Agile environment.
