Role Summary

PMI is committed to ensuring that close third parties, such as distributors, business intermediaries, consultants, etc.

adhere to PMI ́s standards of ethics and compliance, as set forth in our Code of Conduct and Anti-Corruption Policy.


The Manager, Third-Party Compliance and Due Diligence will further develop and implement PMI ́s third-party compliance and due diligence program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement thirdparty compliance and due diligence program, with a special focus on related principles as outlined in our Code of Conduct and Anti-Corruption.
  • Work with external vendor, internal IT and other relevant functions (Legal, Procurement, etc.) to develop and implement a technology solution to manage and oversee relevant third parties
  • Establish internal policies and standards relating to due diligence and oversight of third parties
  • Oversight and support of local and regional compliance officers in their execution of required due diligence and implementation of mitigating measures
  • Handson advice and execution of highrisk or highprofile due diligence reviews
  • Advice and counselling on thirdparty compliance risks
  • Ensure alignment with other functions involved in third party compliance and due diligence
Profile

  • At least 10 years of experience in compliance, with a focus on anticorruption compliance and/or thirdparty compliance/due diligence program experience preferred.
  • University Degree in Law, Business, or another relevant field
  • Indepth experience with due diligence and thirdparty compliance, with a special focus on Anticorruption standards and bestpractices.
  • Experience developing and implementing due diligence standards, assessment protocols, questionnaires, mitigating measures.
  • Experience in endtoend IT systems implementations and management of systemsbased processes/programs preferred, including experience with enhancement opportunity identification, requirements gathering and documentation, system testing, and user training.
  • Strong project management and problemsolving skills. Ability to oversee complex projects and lead them to successful completion in an organized, efficient, and effective manner.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, collaborate, and communicate effectively with colleagues across organization entities/departments, geographies, and cultures.
  • Experience managing and influencing change and overcoming adversity.
  • Competency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data repository and presentation tools.
