- Support HR Business Partners in delivering client-facing HR services
- Monitor contract statuses and ensure compliance with regulations
- Participate in talent review sessions and provide administrative support
- Act as the first point of contact for staff queries
- Update intranet pages and assist with process improvements
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in an international corporation
- Knowledge of HR areas like recruitment, talent, operations
- Experience in implementing HR processes for different client groups
- Strong technology skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Experience with HR systems and strong Excel skills preferred
- Fluent in English
- Work in a diverse and collaborative team environment
- Opportunity to interact with various business teams
- Initial 6-month contract with potential extension
