About the RoleKey Responsibilities Include**:

Provide general legal advice to the business and proactively manage and mitigate legal and regulatory risks related to Switzerland and our Global Cocoa & Sourcing organization
Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, mainly related to sourcing activities and the manufacture, supply and distribution of our products
Oversee and manage litigation and commercial disputes
Support the Group legal operational functions, including management of database tools (corporate housekeeping, claims management and contract management)
Support the implementation of the Group's ESG and Sustainability strategy
Ensure compliance with Swiss stock exchange regulations and listing rule
Manage the corporate legal affairs of Barry Callebaut's Swiss subsidiaries

About You

25 years of work experience in an internationally orientated law firm or a multinational company, ideally in a similar industry (i.e. food manufacturing, commodity trading and sourcing)
Master Degree in law, Swiss bar exam preferred
Solid experience in Swiss corporate law and contract drafting & negotiation
High degree of professional ethics and integrity
Solid analytical and conceptual skills combined with the ability to simplify complex matter
Outstanding communication skills and ability to work and communicate with all levels of the organization
Excellent command of English and German
A flexible, proactive, solutionoriented mindset with a "can do" spirit and the ability to pragmatically solve legal issues and being able to prioritize under pressure
Strong stakeholder management
Familiar with Swiss Stock Exchange Regulations
