RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - WM (JOB NUMBER:

DAILY WORK:
Function:
Substantially develop the existing Private Wealth Management Banking client base through an effectively designed client acquisition program based on a strong knowledge of the local market and a holistic offering of BNPP's Wealth Management products and services.
Responsibilities:
Marketing & Sales:
- Design and implement a marketing strategy intended to develop current relationships and generate new business;
- Develop a base of prospective clients in scope and expand market share;
- Develop a sales and marketing strategy for each prospect;
- Answer to client needs by maintaining a phone call program, by regularly reviewing the plan/strategy and monitoring new business results with assigned revenues and NNC objectives;
- Involve our group's specialists from other divisions in order to improve our client service;
- Review client portfolios with the defined targets and act as a trusted financial advisor by presenting diversified strategies and using the full range of BNPP's Wealth Management products and services;
- Crossselling of other products and services offered by the Bank (e.g., Investment Banking, Asset Management);
- Ensure that current clients and prospects meet the Bank's client suitability standards;
- Open new accounts by ensuring that the proper documentation has been obtained.

- Contribute to the target setting process to ensure that financial goals are achievable;
- Manage annual asset, revenue and expense budget to ensure that financial targets are met;
- Maintain client relationships and proactively find solutions to meet client financial needs and objectives

Risk management:
- Responsible for managing the risks of its goodwill: suitability, operational, crossborder, compliance and documentation
- Ensures that procedures are followed in managing the client relationship
- Ensures compliance with the code of conduct
PROFILE:
Knowledge & skills:
- Multilingual (written and oral):(English, French, German, Spanish or other depending on markets covered);
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments and markets;
- Strong sales and marketing skills ;
- Ability to work within a multicultural team;
- Strong written and oral communication skills;
- Great capacity to resolve problems ;
- Large knowledge of all Wealth Management products and services including risk policies, guidelines and procedures;
- Complete understanding and adherence of regulatory requirements when marketing the Bank's products and services;
- Ability to demonstrate good time management skills.
Experience:
- financial services experience in a client maintenance role; university degree;
- Further education in financial markets of advantage.
