As a
Sales Development Representative (SDR) at grape, your mission is to create interest and business opportunities through direct communication using various online and offline channels.
As an SDR your main aim and responsibility are to qualify leads and book meetings for an Account Executive (AE) you are collaborating with.

Hard skills & experience
- At least
1 year of Sales Development Representative experience: - You have experience in **cold
calling senior leaders** on their mobile at 8 am, asking if they face the pains we solve - The ability to
open doors and
effectively prioritise potential opportunities - The
courage and creativity to find new ways of generating business - You are
organised within your activities and
manage time effectively:
Swiss German native (must), German and English at full professional proficiency
:

worked in a SaaS startup or highgrowth company before - You have a
bachelor or
master in business - You speak
French: - You bring **insurance
knowledge** or particular industry interest
Your role:
- You will
work closely together with an Account Executive (AE) to drive outbound lead generation
Booking meetings with prospects within a proven sales process using the following channels
- Cold calling
- LinkedIn messaging alternating between text, voice, and video messages
Cold Calls should be perfected to
qualify leads and find out data of target accounts. Calls should be made efficiently to get a high number of conversions. As an SDR, you should know how to
get the right person on the phone, talk about challenges/needs, and ask relevant questions to
book meetings.

Prospecting potential leads

Precise documentation of prospect interaction in the CRM (e.g. documenting cold calls), including the
coordination of next steps and handover of information to the Account Executive (AE)
- Taking over
administrative tasks that support the optimisation of the sales process (e.g. extracting data and deriving educated actions)
