- Scrum Master for a CRMrelated project/s
- Develops the agile team ́s way of working across Empowerment, Transparency, Collaboration and Discipline
- Support the team growth into a high performing unit
- Coach team members to grow and encourage them to selforganize
- Facilitate the cadence, events and artefacts across the agile team
- Stakeholder management
- Anforderungen
Requirements:
- Several years of experience working as a Scrum Master
- Knowledge of project delivery methodology
- Knowledge of the Agile methodology and framework
- Experience in training and workshop management
- Agile certification (Scrum and/or SAFe)
- Fluent in English
- Basic understanding of German
