Leading the service team

Front oriented personality

Basic gastronomic education or similar
Several years of experience

The Butcher - modern burger

The Butcher ist eines von vielen Food-Konzepten der Familie Wiesner Gastronomie AG und bietet handgemachte Burger mit Patties aus Schweizer Fleisch - medium grilliert - oder auch plant-based Burger als vegetarische oder vegane Variante.

Im The Butcher im Zürcher Niederdorf geniessen unsere Gäste gesunden Fastfood im stylisch-robusten Lokal mit rund 150 Sitzplätzen.
Das Team bedient unsere Gäste drinnen oder im Vorgarten und ist ausserdem zuständig für Take-Away-Bestellungen.
