We are looking to hire a HSE Coordinator for Health Safety Performance and play a crucial role in creating a safe and supportive work environment in Münchwilen


As part of our dynamic interdisciplinary team, you will be at the forefront of promoting health and safety practices, ensuring compliance with global guidelines and legal requirements.


Coordinator for Health Safety Performance (HSE) (M/F/d) 100%:

Your challenges

  • Manage the incident reporting system and conduct timely root cause analyses to prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborate with internal and external experts to conduct risk assessments and implement necessary measures for process and work area safety.
  • Be the goto person for all HSE matters at the site, working closely with your HSE colleagues to foster a culture of safety.
  • Keep our Site Directives uptodate and in line with the Syngenta Code of Practices, actively supporting their implementation.
  • Play a key role in Emergency Management and maintaining contacts with authorities.
  • Provide expert advice on Health Safety Performance topics, supporting both internal customers and your HSE team.
  • Facilitate audits and training sessions to continually enhance our HSE knowledge.

Your skills

  • Demonstrated project management and analytical skills to handle diverse challenges.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to build strong relationships across different levels.
  • A passion for technology and innovation, adapting quickly in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization, bringing fresh and strategic perspectives.
  • Hold a Master's degree or equivalent in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in a major company or complex matrix organization.
  • Fluent in German and English, with businesslevel proficiency (C1/C2).
