Responsibilities

Prepare and implement an staff outsourcing setup within financial services
Preparation of the implementations includes

- defining European location and thereby identifying and considering all relevant aspects regarding information security, data processing, system availability, regulatory requirements, etc.
- aligning with relevant stakeholders
- elaborating target operating model for sourcing locations
- assessing impact on functions in final scope
- establishing management framework

Implementation of the IWM system includes:
setting up transition phase plan

- establishing detailed planning of workplaces/room plans for the respective new locations
- conducting outsourcing assessment
- establishing detailed staffing plan and hiring/ramp-down plan of existing work forces

Anforderungen

Requirements:

Experience in implementing outsourcing setup in financial services industry
Profound understanding of difficulties with regard to crossborder data transfer, system availability, information security requirements, etc.
Excellent skills in preparing presentations for senior management
Fluent in English and German
