Main Purpose:

As a Corporate Communication Manager you will be part of our Corporate Affairs team and your role will be about producing and publishing content and supporting the development and management of content strategies for the Group's digital channels and marketing activity.


Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling content that supports the corporate brand positioning, purpose and commercial imperative of the business.
  • Writing, editing and proofreading engaging content for PowerPoint presentations, web, marketing, media and internal communications uses and monitoring their efficiency over time.
  • Support the management of the daily activities of external copywriters, graphic designers, videographers, and other industry professionals and engaged consultants who assist the core Corporate Affairs team
  • Maintain a content calendar that helps increase the Group's exposure through social media platforms.
  • Provide editorial and creative support to team members.
  • Develop, track and report digital analytics to ascertain content engagement levels.
  • Stay abreast of current industry best practice

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications

  • Over five years' experience in a similar role in a business to business (B2B) or business to government (B2G) environment.
  • Ability to conceive fresh and appealing ideas for new content that establishes or supports the company's brand identity and communications objectives
  • Excellent written, editing and verbal communication skills
  • Creativity and the ability to generate original content that provokes engagement
  • Strong understanding of the digital media landscape and experience of social media engagement strategies and best practice
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work well in a team setting
  • A selfstarter and adaptable to a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
  • Native English. French and Spanish languages an advantage
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, social marketing and content management systems and Google Analytics
