We are a team of more than 50 consultants specialized in digital transformation, change management & agile coaching, business analysis, and IT project management.


Your role:

As Agile Coach you will:

  • By designing and implementing complex and versatile agile transformation projects you will increase the business processes, efficiency and productivity of our customers
  • In this context you coach different roles on different organizational levels, e.g. Scrum Master, Product Owner, Release Train Engineer, Product Manager, and Leaders.
  • Following the principle of continuous improvement, you investigate and improve the customer's agile processes. In addition, you introduce various agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) in the organization and roll them out if necessary.
  • In your leadership role, you design change management initiatives and support the client in the implementation of these tasks. Together with your ELCA colleagues and in collaboration with our clients' stakeholders, you push agile trend topics and optimize internal company structures.

Your profile:

- rofessional experience in agile transformation, agile coaching and agile leadership

  • Agile startup mentality as well as a "people personality", someone who enjoys interacting with colleagues and customers
  • Experience with coaching and delivering with product development lifecycles.
  • Outstanding organizational and interpersonal communication, as well as relationship building skills conducive to collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence at every organizational level.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast changes, with an ability to adapt as needed.
  • Expertise in lean methods and design thinking is a plus.
  • Fluency in German and English is a must.
