    EINFÜHRUNG:
    For our client located in Winterthur we are looking for a

    Experienced Electrical Engineer 80%-100%

    The earliest start date is as soon as possible or by agreement. This is a permanent and full/ part-time position.

    AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG:
    You will work in our projects in your area of expertise, which will include one or more of: Circuit and PCB design:
    • Research and development of optical and microcontroller systems that find use in autonomous vehicles and robot control
    • Circuit and PCB design to high dependability standards in Altium Designer
    • Component library maintenance

    FPGA development
    • Research and development of AI-accelerator dependability-enhancements and dependable vi-sion-processing systems
    • Experience with both Intel/Altera and AMD/Xilinx development environments
    • Development in VHDL and use of High-Level Synthesis
    • Verification using open verification methodology in Python

    Firmware development
    • Research and development of artificial intelligence, autonomous vehicle navigation and hard real-time vision processing systems
    • Development in C and Python
    ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL:
    We are looking for a professional with:
    • a university/university of applied sciences degree in electrical engineering or computer sciences
    • first professional experience in the relevant fields
    • a high degree of operational independence and self-motivation and feels comfortable in our open university environment
    • and who enjoys challenging work with future technologies whilst maintaining a customer- and results-oriented approach to work.
