In order to reinforce the Sales team in Basel we are currently recruiting for an


Completions Sales Manager
As Completions Sales Manager you will be in charge of supporting the Sales team. You will capture, understand, and communicate customer scope of works, coordinate costing efforts and work closely with internal stakeholders.

Relying on your technical background and experience in avionics and interior, your understanding of the Business Aviation specificities and your knowledge of the customers, OEMs and key suppliers in the industry, you will ensure that Jet Aviation Proposals are becoming an Industry standard and a key differentiator.


Description/Tasks:

  • Oversee bidding process to ensure timely delivery and quality. Interact with key stakeholders (finance, production, engineering, design, legal, management) to ensure quotation process is properly implemented and executed. Make sure that offers meet customer needs and requirements.
- key account responsibility for designated opportunities within the business unit "VIP Completions"

  • Ensure all new projects are properly handed over to the PMO team at the time of successful sale. In collaboration with the Completions Senior sales Manager followup with customer to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Active participation in shows, conferences, etc.
  • Provide technical input into bid proposals, projects and technical documents within the sales process and identifies additional sales opportunities with existing customers
  • Provide technical expertise to customers during the sales process
  • Present and discusses the organizations products at customer sites
  • Maintain uptodate and comprehensive knowledge of the organizations and competitors products and/or services

Qualification/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required, with other relevant advanced degree preferred in Business or Engineering
  • Several years of work experience in an equivalent Sales role (preferably in aviation)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of aircraft MRO, Completions, Regulatory Requirements and Engineering
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional sales background in private aviation/airline
  • Proven record of having reached given sales targets
  • Results driven able to execute with high personal accountability
  • Customer focused externally focused strong market perspective
  • High business and financial acumen
  • Strong influencing skills, open mindset
  • Fluent knowledge of the English language, Arabic or Chinese as a plus
  • Outgoing, motivated personality
